Faith is a young Earth woman who finds herself at the centre of this prophecy. She is the lost Princess of the Home Realms and is to bear the saviour child. With her world turned upside down and identity threatened, she seeks strength and finds trust in a man she is forbidden to love. Jay is her Protector, he must defend her against evil and ensure the fulfilment of the prophecy, including Faith’s union with the chosen father. Jay is steadfast in his duty but his love for Faith soon becomes stronger than his will to resist. They both struggle to fight this feeling that comes so easily to them, for the good of the future of so many.
Braima is the evil that infects this world. He is King of the Home Realms, a title he stole from his brother and Faith’s father, Ruben. Braima’s mind is supremely powerful, and there is little hope he can ever be defeated. It is only through Faith that the belief of a beautiful future exists. When Faith finally confronts Braima she finds that this evil is just a little too close to her own heart. This truth, so riddled with doubt, will fight relentlessly to be heard.
